Generally, we quote valuation engagements on a fixed-fee basis (usually a range). We require a retainer, along with a signed engagement letter, before we begin work. If, or when, an engagement enters a litigation phase, we charge for our services to prepare and present expert testimony at our standard hourly rates. Our fees are not contingent or dependent on any findings, opinions, and/or conclusions which are presented in our engagements.
